GREY track s.r.o. manufactures carbon brushes from materials supplied by leading manufacturers such as HELWIG CARBON (USA) and SGL CARBON (Germany).

A proven material grade used by our customers, not only for traction rail vehicles, is the American brand E37.

This material is approved and used on railways in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

In addition to electric traction, we also manufacture carbon brushes for diesel-electric locomotives. Our carbon brushes achieve excellent results.

These locomotives are of both European and American manufacture.

GREY track s.r.o. manufactures carbon brushes for turbo-alternators with power outputs ranging from a few MW up to 1,000 MW.

Our carbon brushes are also designed for alternators in hydroelectric and pumped-storage plants.

Based on your requirements, we can also design and manufacture carbon brushes for compensators and synchronous motors.

Proven materials for these applications include: 702 Helwig, RE80 SGL, and other suitable grades from the wide Helwig and SGL product ranges.

We also produce carbon brushes for slip-ring, mainly high-voltage asynchronous machines (start-up motors for power plants, cement works, ceramic plants, etc.).

GREY track s.r.o. offers a wide range of metal-graphite grades for the production of grounding brushes for rail vehicles and other applications.

We manufacture grounding brushes for the FROST system. Our brushes are original spare parts for FROST grounding systems.

Our company supplies Helwig grounding systems for industrial use. Helwig grounding devices have an excellent track record in increasing the service life of rotating machine bearings.

Sliding current collectors

GREY track s.r.o. manufactures current collectors not only for logistics centres and automated production lines. We can design sliding current collectors to suit your specific requirements, including the production of a prototype for testing purposes.

GREY track s.r.o. manufactures charging contacts suitable for recharging battery-powered applications, such as forklift trucks. We can design charging contacts to suit your specific requirements, including the production of a prototype for testing purposes.

Graphite vanes for dry-running (oil-free) rotary vacuum pumps

GREY track s.r.o. manufactures graphite vanes for dry-running (oil-free) rotary vacuum pumps of BECKER, BUSCH, ELMO RIETSCHLE and other brands.

We can also produce vanes to your exact specifications.
 

These are manufactured from special EK60 grade graphite, developed by the manufacturer specifically for this application, where it boasts excellent durability, and is also used by OEM vacuum pump manufacturers.
 

We can laser-mark the vanes with details requested by the customer (e.g. product number) and vacuum-pack them as required.
